The 2010 Season Sign Up Dates:

• Saturday January 9th 9am to 3pm
• Saturday January 23rd 9am to 3pm
• Saturday February 6th 9am to 4pm

NOTE:  After February 6th a $30.00 late fee will apply (No Guaranteed Spot Available)

LAST CHANCE SIGN UPS AND TRY OUTS

Location:  Schmucker Middle School
Date:  Saturday, February 20th 12pm to 4pm
          Saturday, February 27th 12pm to 4pm

No rec ball played on Sunday’s for 12yr & under

Signup Place:  Osceola Town Hall:  850 Lincolnway West & corner of Beech Rd.

Age: 4yrs old to 18yrs old- This years cost per child:  $128.00
(fee break down)   $85 per child, plus $18 Silver Hawks fundraiser and $25 Dine and Discount fundraiser

Early Bird Sign Up:  Sign up your child by Jan. 9th save $10, Total:  $118.00

• $43.00 is redeemable if you sell your fundraising tickets.
• Multiple child discounts apply at sign ups.
  
  
• SIGNUP FORMS

  We have provided you with all of the necessary forms online for you to download for signups. Forms are in .pdf format. Simply click on and save as or print. Please bring with you to registration for each child!

  You will need one each of the following for registering your child to play:
  
  - 2010 Season Signup Application
  - Medical Release

  A COPY of your child's birth certificate is required at sign up.

WHO NEEDS TO TRY OUT?

• All boys 8-11 OR any 12yr old boys new to the park- (minors) 12pm-2pm  (majors) 2pm-4pm
• Any GIRLS wanting to play up from their designated age group

Team Mom Meeting:  Saturday, April 17th 2pm at Osceola Town Hall
Opening Day May 1st
Picture Day:  May 8th
